Manage Your Browser Pop-up Settings
Cloud Stacking Plan uses page-redirects when it comes to outputting your data, such as when printing stacking plans or reports.
In order to ensure you will not encounter difficulties with this, please review the guide below, on how to configure your browser for managing pop-ups with this system.
Internet Explorer
1. Click the “Tools” menu button
2. Mouse over the “Pop-up Blocker” menu item
3. Click “Pop-up Blocker Settings”
4. Enter “www.pbtnow.com” into field for “Address of website to allow” and click “Add”
5. Change “Blocking Level” to “Low: Allow pop-ups from secure sites” Click “Close”
Google Chrome
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (upper right)
2. Select “Settings”
3. Click “Show Advanced Settings”
4. In the “Privacy” section, click the “Content Settings” button
5. In the “Pop-ups” section, click “Manage exceptions…”
6. Enter “www.pbtnow.com” and set to “Allow”
7. Click OK on “Manage exceptions” and OK on “Content Settings”
Safari
Safari Browser on Mac OS:
1. Click Safari menu button on top left
2. Click “Preferences” option
3. Select “Security” tab
4. Un-select the "Block pop-up windows" and close security window by clicking on X.
Safari Browser on Windows OS:
1. Click Safari settings button on the top right
2. Click “Preferences” option
3. Select “Security” tab
4. Un-select the "Block pop-up windows" and close security window by clicking on X.
Firefox
Firefox: (with Menu Bar Displayed)
1. Click “Tools” menu button
2. Select “Options”
3. Select “Content” tab
4. Uncheck the checkbox "Block pop-up windows" and click OK.
Firefox: (with FireFox Drop-down Displayed)
1. Click Firefox drop-down menu button in top left
2. Select “Options”
3. Select “Content” tab
4. Uncheck the checkbox "Block pop-up windows" and click OK.
