Inbox and Workbox

You will want two Letter Tray organizers. One is for the Inbox and the other is for the Workbox and they should be labeled as such. Ideally you would want them side by side, however they can be stacked. All incoming work should be placed in the Inbox, not to be looked at until the following day. All work for the day would have been grabbed from the Inbox in the morning and combined with the file in the Daily Tickler and then placed in the workbox.
