Emergency Call-In Procedure

It is recommended that you come up with and Emergency Call Procedure set up with a list of contractors that are available for after hour maintenance calls.


The following is an example of what that could look like.

Example; Emergency Call-In Procedure

  1. Don't worry. CA Construction will respond immediately and will be there every step of the process.
  2. Dial (855)382-8906 to speak with a CA Construction representative. We are available 24 hours a day & 365 days a year.
  3. Between the hours of 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. you will be immediately dispatched to our after-hours emergency line.
  4. The after-hours emergency representative will record the information for your project and an Emergency Services Technician will be dispatched and contact you within 15 minutes.
  5. Emergency crew will arrive on site within 3-4 hours from initial call.
  6. A simple work authorization for emergency services will need to be signed in order for emergency services to begin.
  7. A restoration specialist will contact you to begin the restoration process after all emergency needs have been met.
