Emergency Call-In Procedure
It is recommended that you come up with and Emergency Call Procedure set up with a list of contractors that are available for after hour maintenance calls.
The following is an example of what that could look like.
Example; Emergency Call-In Procedure
- Don't worry. CA Construction will respond immediately and will be there every step of the process.
- Dial (855)382-8906 to speak with a CA Construction representative. We are available 24 hours a day & 365 days a year.
- Between the hours of 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. you will be immediately dispatched to our after-hours emergency line.
- The after-hours emergency representative will record the information for your project and an Emergency Services Technician will be dispatched and contact you within 15 minutes.
- Emergency crew will arrive on site within 3-4 hours from initial call.
- A simple work authorization for emergency services will need to be signed in order for emergency services to begin.
- A restoration specialist will contact you to begin the restoration process after all emergency needs have been met.
