Where to Access the Maintenance Price List
The Maintenance Price List can be accessed by clicking on the Wrench&Screwdriver Icon. This icon appears on the Work Order Details screen, Job Estimates Details screen as well as the Property Condition Report (PCR) Detail Tablet Screen in the m1Solutions Software.
Select from the options below, to see more.
From the Tree View:
- Expand Maintenance
- Select Work Orders
- Select New Work Order or you can (a) fill in the search criteria, then (b) select SEARCH and pick a Work Order from the list that generates.
* You can also filter by selecting from any of the drop-down menus or check-boxes available
From the Work Order Details Screen
- You will find the Wrench&Screwdriver icon to the Right of the Description box under Line Items
- Click on the icon and the Maintenance Price List will open in another screen or download as an excel file, depending on your browser settings.
From the Tree View:
- Expand Maintenance
- Select Job Estimates
- Select New Job Estimate or you can (a) fill in the search criteria, then (b) select SEARCH and pick a Job Estimate from the list that generates.
From the Job Estimate Details Screen
- You will find the Wrench&Screwdriver icon to the Right of the Description box under Line Items
- Click on the icon and the Maintenance Price List will open in another screen or download as an excel file, depending on your browser settings.
From the Tree View:
- Expand Admin
- Select Tablet Menu
From the Tablet Menu:
- Select Rehab Inspections (PCR)
From the Property Condition Report (PCR) screen:
- Select New PCR or you can (a) fill in the search criteria, then (b) select SEARCH and pick a PCR from the list that generates.
* You can also filter by selecting from the status drop-down menu available
From the Property Condition Report (PCR) screen:
- You will find the Wrench&Screwdriver icon in the Horizontal Navigation Bar at the top of the screen, on the far Right.
- Click on the icon and the Maintenance Price List will open in another screen or download as an excel file, depending on your browser settings.
