Property Entry Cloning
This feature is mostly helpful for multi-unit situations, as it can quickly and easily copy an existing Property Detail entry as a duplicate, which includes address, ammenities (Square Footage, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, Lot size and Community Ammenities) and owner information.
Cloning a Property Detail Entry
From the Tree View:
- Expand Property
- Select Property
- Enter the Street Name
- Click SEARCH
- Select CLONE
Confirm your Selection
You will be prompted to Select OK or Cancel to confirm the action.
- Select OK, to clone the property
* All infomation will be copied to a new Property Detail entry, however, the existing picture will not carry over.
