Property Detail Introduction

The Property Detail is the screen that displays all the current Account information, relative to the property address.

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Property
  2. Select Property from Drop-down list
  3. Choose the beginning letter of the Street Name or simply type the Street Name or Owners Last Name in the Search Fields.
  4. Then click SEARCH
  5. Click on the Detail link for the right property from the list that is generated.

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Resident
  2. Select Residents from Drop-down list
  3. Select Status of Resident from Drop-down list
  4. Enter the Resident's Last Name in the Search Fields.
  5. Then click SEARCH
  6. Click on the Address link for the right property from the list that is generated.

From Resident/Accounting/Maintenance Screens:

  1. Review the Top Navigation Bar
  2. Click on the PPTY DETAIL/STATUS

Note: The Top Navigation Bar changes depending on the Screen you are in (There may be more options or less options), but the PPTY DETAIL/STATUS Button is labeled the same wherever it is available.

  24. WO Limit (prior authorized amount by owner for any Work Order Payment Approval)
