Generate Debt to Income Calculations
Select New Application from the Application Dashboard
From the Tree View:
- Expand Leasing
- Select Application Dashboard
- Click Application Evaluation Link for the selected applicant
Gross Income to Rent Calculations
In the Gross Income to Rent Calculations Section
1. Enter the Gross Income total from Paystubs, Bank Statements, Tax returns, 1099's or any other relevant form to verify income for Primary, Secondary and additional residents.
- Gross Income Primary
- Gross Income Secondary
- Gross Income Additional Resident
- Miscellaneous Income
- Miscellaneous Income (sencondary)
2. Click SAVE
3. Totals will automatically calculate
4. Final Percentage Calculation will show
5. Then Checkmark Complete**
* For totals to properly calculate the Rent Requested section must be entered in the Applicant Detail section .
** The Inc/Rent Ratio will be checkmarked as complete on the Application Dashboard "At a Glance".
Debt to Income Calculations
In the Debt to Income Calculations Section
1. Enter the totals from the Credit Screening Report
2. Click SAVE
3. Totals will automatically calculate
4. Final Percentage Calculation will show
5. Then Checkmark Complete**
* For totals to properly calculate the Rent Requested section must be entered in the Applicant Detail section .
** The Debt/Inc. Calc. will be checkmarked as complete on the Application Dashboard "At a Glance".
