Generating a Landlord or Employer Verification

Select an Application to Evaluate from the Application Dashboard

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Leasing
  2. Select Application Dashboard
  3. Click Application Evaluation Link for the selected applicant

Generating the Verification Forms

On the Application Evaluation Screen

1.  Rental History Section

   a. Make sure all Highlighted fields are filled out for the Primary Landlord

   b. Make sure all Highlighted fields are filled out for the Secondary Landlord

2. Employment History Section

   a.  Make sure all Highlighted fields are filled out for the Primary Employer

   b. Make sure all Highlighted fields are filled out for the Secondary Employer

3.  Deselect Check All (this feature allows all forms to print together)

4. Checkmark each form you would like to print.

5. Click PRINT PREVIEW

* The file will open in a separate window on your computer.

 

 

Verification Form

Complete the Verification Sections

On the Application Evaluation Screen; Upon receiving the Forms back or while on the phone...

1.  Fill in the Rental History Section Verification Questions

   a. for the Primary Landlord

   b. for the Secondary Landlord (if applicable)

2. Checkmark Complete

3. Click SAVE

4. Fill in the Employment History Section Verification Sections

   a.  for the Primary Employer

   b. for the Secondary Employer (if applicable)

5. Checkmark Complete

6. Click SAVE 

* A checkmark will show complete for the appropriate sections on the Application Dashboard screen, to view "At a Glance".
