(14A) Owner 1099 CSV

This Report is used to generate the 1099 owner information in a spreadsheet file in a .csv file format, for each Property, in mass.

This File will export as a Comma Separating Value (.csv) file and can be read in Excel or a similar type of program.

  • As an Excel (.xls) file, this will place the information into cells formatted into rows.

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Reports
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select Report (14A) Owner 1099 CSV
  4. Select the Date Range
  5. Then, click EXPORT to run the Report

Note: You will be asked to select the software program you would like the .csv file to open up into. Once the file opens, you can View, Print or Save the document.
