(56) Resident Balances
This Report is used to generate the Resident Balances. This list can be filtered based on their Last Name, the Rental Address, City, or Rental Status in the system.
- This Report will generate at the bottom of the Reports screen
Report - 56
From the Tree View:
- Expand Reports
- Select Reports
- Select Report (56) Resident Balances
- Filter by entering the Resident Last Name
- or Filter by entering the Rental Address, City or Zip
- Additional Filter is for selecting the current Resident Status from the drop down list
- Then, click SEARCH to run the Report
* Note: The Report Information will generate at the bottom of the page.
