(68) NPO Referral Call Annual

This Report is designed to generate the Monthly Numbers and Percentages of NPO Referral Calls for the New Account division for the Year.

  • This report can run for any date range and can compile data for any singular month or multiple months.
  • Ultimately one can generate an Annual Weekly Report consisting of all 12 months to analyze trends, if you so wish. (Only the weeks with data entries will generate)

The recommended file format for this report is as a PDF (.pdf) file, however, you can also generate a Word (.doc) file or an Excel (.xls) file

  • As a Word (.doc) file the report will generate in an editable format.
  • As an Excel (.xls) file this will place the information in cell formatting into rows. Can be used for .csv file imports.
  • As a PDF (.pdf) file this will appear the same as the Word (.doc) file format, but will not be editable.

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Reports
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select Report (68) NPO Referral Call Annual
  4. Enter the Date Range
  5. Select the File Format (either Word DOC, Excel XLS, or PDF)
  6. Then, click SEARCH to run the Report

Note: A separate window will open where you can View, Print or Save the document.
