From the Tree View:

1. Expand Leasing
2. Select Application Dashboard
3. Click Application Evaluation Link for the selected applicant

In the Credit Screening Report section... after generating the Credit Screening Report Click Here to view a Step-Step Tutorial Article

1.  Click View Report

The report will open in a separate window on your computer.

From the PDF Viewer/Editor

1. Open the Document
2. Select Fill & Sign

In the Fill & Sign Function of the PDF Viewer/Editor

1. Select a tool from the Ribbon above (either Text box, X- mark, Checkmark, Circle, Strikethrough/Underline, or Bulletpoint)
2. Then mark the Account Entries, one at a time.
3. Once done, make your totals to enter them into the Credit Report Ratio Analysis section in the Application Evaluation Detail screen

In the Credit Report Ratio Analysis section... after analyzing the Credit Screening Report

1.  Fill in the totals from the Credit Screening Report

• FICO score
• # of Open Accounts
• # of Delinquent Accounts
• # of Judgements
• # of Collections

2. Click SAVE

3. Totals will automatically calculate

4. Final Ratio Calculation will show
