CIC Credit Report Setup
Note: There is a $2/applicant fee associated with this feature, in order to pull the credit report from CIC through the m1solutions software.
Open the Location
From the Tree View
- Expand Setup
- Select Locations
- Enter Location Code
- Click SEARCH
- Select the Location you want to Setup.
CIC Credit Screen Report Setup
From the Location Detail Screen
1. Enter your CIC account information
- CIC Link: https://www.securecontinfo.com/API/prod/
- CIC Customer ID: individual site customer ID
- CIC User: individual site customer User info
- CIC Password: individual site customer password info
2. Click SAVE
*Once this is set up you then must go into each User and set up the permissions for this feature.
Select User to Authorize Use of the Feature
From the Tree View
- Expand Setup
- Select Users
- Click User Name Link
Set up User
Once a user is chosen you must select and save this option located at the top of the User Detail screen:
- Check mark Application Credit Screening
- Click SAVE
Note: Each user needs to be authorized on their infividual User Detail screen
