(73) Violation History
This Report is used to generate the Violation History for a specific date range.
The recommended file format for this report is as a PDF (.pdf) file, however, you can also generate a Word (.doc) file or an Excel (.xls) file
- As a Word (.doc) file the report will generate in an editable format.
- As an Excel (.xls) file this will place the information in cell formatting into rows. Can be used for .csv file imports.
- As a PDF (.pdf) file this will appear the same as the Word (.doc) file format, but will not be editable.
Report - 73
From the Tree View:
- Expand Reports
- Select Reports
- Select Report (73) Violation History
- Enter the Date Range
- Enter the Check Cut Date or Select additional Filter options, if you prefer (No Paylease, Paylease, All, or Multi-unit Only)
- Or you can simply select LOAD
- Then Select from the List of Properties that generates (You can select one or many; simply hold the Ctrl Button down to select multiple or Select the top, hold the Shift key down, and select the last property to select them all.)
- Select the File Format (either Word DOC, Excel XLS, or PDF)
- Then, click SEARCH to run the Report
Note: A separate window will open where you can View, Print or Save the document.

- Exterior Status
- Property Address
- Resident Name
- User Name
- Amount
- Annual Month
- Amount Total
- Report Summary
Header & Footer Information:
a. Office Name and Contact information
b. Report Name

d. Page Number of Report
