(4) Check Cumulative

This Report is used to generate a Cumulative List of Checks processed for a specified date range.

This Report can be filtered to show one Check or a list of Checks based on the Status, the date, the Amount, or the ID.

The recommended file format for this report is as a PDF (.pdf) file, however, you can also generate a Word (.doc) file or an Excel (.xls) file

  • As a Word (.doc) file the statement will generate for (1) owner per page
  • As an Excel (.xls) file this will place the listed information in cell formatting. Can be used for .csv file imports.
  • As a PDF (.pdf) file this will appear the same as the Word (.doc) file format, but will not be editable.

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Reports
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select Report (4) Check Cumulative
  4. Enter in the Date Range
  5. Enter in the Check ID (either from or to), & Check Amount
  6. Filter by choosing the Check Status from the Drop-down List (either Cleared, Pending or Void)
  7. Select the File Format (either Word DOC, Excel XLS, or PDF)
  8. Then, click SEARCH to run the Report

Note: A separate window will open where you can View, Print or Save the document.

  1. Check Number
  2. Cut Date
  3. Check Status
  4. Payee Category & Name (Owner (OWN), Resident (TNT), Vendor (VEN))
  5. Property Address
  6. Check Amount
  7. Report Grand Total (found on last Page / End of the report)

Header & Footer Information:

a. Office Name and Contact information

b. Report Name

c. Date the Report was Run / Printed

d. Page Number of Report
