(21) Voided Entries

This Report is used to generate the Voided Entries within a Date Range, or a specific amount.

The recommended file format for this report is as a PDF (.pdf) file, however, you can also generate a Word (.doc) file or an Excel (.xls) file

  • As a Word (.doc) file the report will generate in an editable format.
  • As an Excel (.xls) file this will place the information in cell formatting into rows. Can be used for .csv file imports.
  • As a PDF (.pdf) file this will appear the same as the Word (.doc) file format, but will not be editable.

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Reports
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select Report (21) Voided Entries
  4. Enter in the Date Range
  5. Enter in the Void Amount (to filter further)
  6. Select the File Format (either Word DOC, Excel XLS, or PDF)
  7. Then, click SEARCH to run the Report

Note: A separate window will open where you can View, Print or Save the document.

  1. Status
  2. Property ID
  3. Property Address
  4. Owner First Name
  5. Owner Last Name
  6. Balance
  7. Total Properties included in Report (found on last Page)
  8. Grand Total (found on last Page)

Header & Footer Information:

a. Office Name and Contact information

b. Report Name

c. Date the Report was Run / Printed

d. Page Number of Report
