(15) Owner Balances
This Report is used to generate the Account Balances for each Property, in mass.
The recommended file format for this report is as a PDF (.pdf) file, however, you can also generate a Word (.doc) file or an Excel (.xls) file
- As a Word (.doc) file the report will generate in an editable format.
- As an Excel (.xls) file this will place the information in cell formatting into rows. Can be used for .csv file imports.
- As a PDF (.pdf) file this will appear the same as the Word (.doc) file format, but will not be editable.
Report - 15
From the Tree View:
- Expand Reports
- Select Reports
- Select Report (15) Owner Balances
- Enter in the Date Range (for a filtered report)
- Enter in the Property Street Name, City, and Zip Code (for a filtered report)
- Select the Property Status (for a filtered report)
- Select the File Format (either Word DOC, Excel XLS, or PDF)
- Then, click SEARCH to run the Report
Note: If you do not select either a Date Range, a Property Address, or a Property Status; then the report generated will be for "All" records and the information will not be filtered.
A separate window will open where you can View, Print or Save the document.

a. Office Name and Contact information
b. Report Name
c. Date the Report was Run / Printed
d. Page Number of Report
