Property Detail Introduction
The Property Detail is the screen that displays all the current Account information, relative to the property address.
Accessing the Property Detail under Property Management
From the Tree View:
- Expand Property
- Select Property from Drop-down list
- Choose the beginning letter of the Street Name or simply type the Street Name or Owners Last Name in the Search Fields.
- Then click SEARCH
- Click on the Detail link for the right property from the list that is generated.
Accessing the Property Detail using the Resident's Last Name
From the Tree View:
- Expand Resident
- Select Residents from Drop-down list
- Select Status of Resident from Drop-down list
- Enter the Resident's Last Name in the Search Fields.
- Then click SEARCH
- Click on the Address link for the right property from the list that is generated.
Accessing the Property Detail Using the Top Navigation
From Resident/Accounting/Maintenance Screens:
- Review the Top Navigation Bar
- Click on the PPTY DETAIL/STATUS
Note: The Top Navigation Bar changes depending on the Screen you are in (There may be more options or less options), but the PPTY DETAIL/STATUS Button is labeled the same wherever it is available.

- Map Grid (Thomas Brothers or other Standard)

- Check-mark to add to Monthly Exterior Inspection List
- Alarm Code (if property has alarm installed)
- Gate Code (if property is in a Gated Community or Gated Entrance)
- Property Type (Single Family Residence, Duplex, Condo, etc)
- WO Limit (prior authorized amount by owner for any Work Order Payment Approval)

- Accounting (Mgt Fee, Rent Amt, Maintenance Deposit Amt, Ad Funds Deposit Amt, etc)
- Leasing Disclosures (ie. Showing Instruction, Pets, Smoking, Pool Instructions, etc)
- Rehab (Expected Vacancy Date, Current Occupant type, Occupant Contact information)
- Work Order Special Conditions (Special Approval? Who to call? At which Amt? etc.)
- Owner Statement Message (appears at the bottom of the Owner Ledger Statement)

18. Web Photos (Pics must be uploaded to the property File Cabinet to see them in this section)

- Logs Leasing Activity for the property from the PRI & ILR updates (Calls, Showings & Application Status’)
