Open the Tablet Menu

From the Command Center:

Select Tablet Menu

Open the Violations Detail

From the Tablet Menu:

  1. Select the Violation Tab

Generate a New Violation

From the Violation Search Screen

  1. Select NEW VIOLATIONS for the Violation to be updated

Access an Existing Violation

From the Violation Search Screen

  1. Select VIEW for the Violation to be accessed

Recording a Violation

From the Violation Detail Screen

  1. Search for the Property using the Quick Search Box and pressing ENTER
  2. Select the Property from the list that appears in the Dropdown menu
  3. Select the Radial Button for a picture order to upload
  4. Click on BROWSE and search for the picture file on your device (once you have selected it, the file name should appear in the field to the left of the Browse button.)
  5. Then, click UPLOAD FILE
  6. Enter the date the picture was taken
  7. Checkmark Apply Fee (the amount applied is the amount set for violations under Setup in the m1Solutions software)
  8. Finally, click SAVE VIOLATION

* History of Applied Fees will appear in this section

From the Violation Detail Section

After completing the Violation Information Section above...

  1. Select the Violation Description from the dropdown list
  2. Add any additional Description notes
  3. Then click ADD
  4. The violation information will appear in the row below **
  5. Finally, Click SAVE VIOLATION

* The Violation Type can be updated from the dropdown list under the Violation Information section at the top.

** To change the status from Unresolved to Resolved, simply select it from the dropdown menu for the violation issue resolved (this must be done for each violation if there are multiple issues listed), Then click SAVE VIOLATION.

Sending / Printing a Violation

From the Violation Detail Section

After completing the Violation Information Section above...

  1. Checkmark the party(s) that you want to send the violation to
  2. Then, click SEND

* To simply Print the violation, select the Send/Print button without checkmarking any party(s) to send to.

Enhancements to the Violation Detail Screen

The Violation Detail Screen has been Upgraded with the following Enhancements

  1. Data automattically saves if the Send/Print button is selected
  2. After uploading a picture, the radio button now defaults to automattically select the next blank position in the sequence, making it easier to use in the field from a tablet.
  3. A 3-day or 10-day Notice can now be generated using  the Covenant Detail

Issuing a Covenant

From the Violation Detail

  1. Fill in the Covenant Breach Field
  2. Fill in the Manner of Breach Field
  3. Fill in the Date of Service Field
  4. Select the Notice Type from the Drop down list (3 Day or 10 Day)
  5. Click SAVE VIOLATION
  6. Click SEND/PRINT Preview

* To send the Covenant, simply Checkmark the party(s) that you want to send the notice to, then click the Send/Print Button
