Introduction to the Leasing Application Dashboard
This is the Main Screen used to index, process or search for any applications that have come through the system by the Leasing Department. All applications received will show here and be processed accordingly. This is usually the first step of processing a prospective resident for a rental property, after the initial call or showing (of which a PRI or Prospective Resident Interview Sheet would be on file for them). All information included in the application will automatically carry over into the additional screens following this Leasing Process. This includes, the Evaluation Screen and the Lease Input Screen.
