Uploading photos directly from a tablet or phone is primarily done when performing an inspection of some sort. This can either be done by the property inspector in the process of completing a PCR - Property Condition Report, an Annual Inspection, an Exterior Inspection or creating a Violation. Additionally, Vendors use this feature to update invoices and work orders in the system.

When capturing pictures with a smart phone or tablet, there is a particular orientation the device needs to be held in order for the picture to appear upright without needing to rotate the image. Below are some examples showing how the picture's orientation will appear in the m1Solutions system based on the position the device was held in when taking the picture.
