Tree View Resident Search

From the Tree View:

  1. Expand Resident
  2. Select Residents
  3. You may search by entering the Street Name (this will give you a list of all residents associated to that property) or by entering the Resident’s Last Name (if you're unsure of the property address for that Resident).
  4. Then click SEARCH
  5. Once the tenant is found you may click on the Resident detail Name Link. (You may also access the Command Center, the property detail, Ledger, the Owner Detail, etc.)

Note:

Searching from the Tree View will allow access to all residents regardless of their status

Command Center Resident Search

From the Command Center:

  1. Select Command Center
  2. Enter the Street Name or Primary Resident’s Last Name
  3. Then click SEARCH
  4. Click on Resident Detail Name Link from the search results

Note:

Searching from the Command Center will only show current and pending resident's status

* If you click on the CC link then the Resident Detail can be accessed by clicking on the Resident Detail Name Link in the Resident section of the Command Center View.
