How to Add and Store Documents

From the Tree:

  1. Click on Command Center
  2. SEARCH for a pre-existing property, either by Street Name, Owner Last Name, or Resident Last Name
  3. Click on File Cabinet. link
  4. Browse for the File that you wish to upload
  5. Select the Year for the file to be stored (Current year will auto-default)
  6. Then click UPLOAD FILE in the proper section in which you want the file to be stored

Note:

Anything uploaded under Owner Agreements, Web Photos and Property Disclosures will auto carry to the next year.  All other sections will be stored and able to be searched by the year in which they were entered.
