BOM - Back on Market
A Back on Market (BOM) form is used in the office to update each division that a property will be coming back on the market. This is typically triggered when a Resident gives a 30-day notice to vacate a property or visa versa, being that the office has given notice to a resident to vacate a property (usually being instructed to do so by an owner with a 60-day notice to the resident).
