Finding Your Google Reviews Page

  1. Search for your Company Name and Location in the Google Search Bar
  2. Select YOUR COMPANY from the possible choices that populate
  3. Then click SEARCH (represented by the Magnifying Glass icon)
  1. Confirm that is your Company and that the Information is Correct.
  2. Then, under the Review Summary select the Review Link

Adding a Shortcut to the Desktop

  1. Open the Chrome Settings Menu (represented by three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen)
  2. Roll over the More Tools option
  3. Select Add to desktop...

A pop-up will appear giving you the option to change the title of the shortcut that will be placed on your desktop

  1. It is suggested that you rename this shortcut to be "Google Reviews"
  2. Then click ADD

Customizing the Shortcut Icon

On your Desktop

  1. Right-click on the Shortcut Icon
  2. Select Properties

In the Folder Properties > Shortcut

  1. Select Change Icon

In the Change Icon Menu

  1. Click BROWSE
  2. Find the .icon file you would like to use, then Click on it.
  3. Once selected, the file name will appear in the file name field
  4. Then click OPEN
  5. The Icon thumbnail will update
  6. Then, click OK
