Setting Up the Lease Signing Computer Desk Top with Shortcut Links to your Google Reviews Page
Finding Your Google Reviews Page
- Search for your Company Name and Location in the Google Search Bar
- Select YOUR COMPANY from the possible choices that populate
- Then click SEARCH (represented by the Magnifying Glass icon)
- Confirm that is your Company and that the Information is Correct.
- Then, under the Review Summary select the Review Link
Adding a Shortcut to the Desktop
- Open the Chrome Settings Menu (represented by three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen)
- Roll over the More Tools option
- Select Add to desktop...
A pop-up will appear giving you the option to change the title of the shortcut that will be placed on your desktop
- It is suggested that you rename this shortcut to be "Google Reviews"
- Then click ADD
Customizing the Shortcut Icon
On your Desktop
- Right-click on the Shortcut Icon
- Select Properties
In the Folder Properties > Shortcut
- Select Change Icon
In the Change Icon Menu
- Click BROWSE
- Find the .icon file you would like to use, then Click on it.
- Once selected, the file name will appear in the file name field
- Then click OPEN
- The Icon thumbnail will update
- Then, click OK
