- Ask for the order at least “5” times

- Go see your inventory

- Stay on the phone for at least 5 minutes
This builds a relationship If they trust you, they will come
- Call your PRI's every day in the morning/evening
Calling every day is the foundation which leads to a optimal results
- Qualify your applications within 24 hours
Get the applicants back into the office while they’re hot!
- Remember: Residents are coming to you to rent a home.
- If you do not rent to them, someone else will!!!
- Be assertive and ASK for the order!
