The five elements for a successful leasing representative……..

  1. Ask for the order at least “5” times

Ask for it in a variety of ways…but ask for it!

It adds realism and excitement to the sale

  1. Stay on the phone for at least 5 minutes

This builds a relationship If they trust you, they will come

  1. Call your PRI's every day in the morning/evening

Calling every day is the foundation which leads to a optimal results

  1. Qualify your applications within 24 hours

Get the applicants back into the office while they’re hot!

  • Remember: Residents are coming to you to rent a home.
  • If you do not rent to them, someone else will!!!
  • Be assertive and ASK for the order!
